The estimate begins after kitchen preparation and shows a 15-minute window.
Example: At 5:00 PM with no delay, expect 5:20 PM–5:35 PM.
The customer enters an address first. Delivery includes preparation, the route, a driver buffer, and any active kitchen delay.
If the route is unavailable: use the standard 15-minute drive time.
Scheduled slots are 15 minutes. The earliest normal choice is 60 minutes from now, and customers can book up to seven days ahead.
Pickup at 6:30 PM: kitchen receives it at 6:00 PM.
Delivery at 6:30 PM with a 15-minute route: kitchen receives it at 5:35 PM.
